called saying i won a 1,000 dollar gift certificate for online shopping spree. only if i gave them my credit card info and paid for a subscription to espn magazine

he said i was being sued an that i need 530.00 an his attorney would be in court. oh an they were sending a sheriff to pick me an my family up an arrest us. For a loan done on the net.

This particular call was 'Out of Area', but has called from the above number before. Man named Anthony Bowden (sp?) with thick indian/pakistan accent claimed to be from American Financial Board and wanted to help with my 'unsecured debt'. Keeps calling & being rude & cursing. Told him I was on the 'Do not call list' and to not call again. Keeps calling though.

I get calls from this number almost every day. No one leaves a message. It hangs up when I try to answer. I get a busy signal when I try to call the number.

I have received a few calls from this number. Each time the individual mentions something about a prescription and being able to send it fed ex, etc. Honestly, sounds to me like they're trying to get personal information from people.

Told me I took a loan from a "Cash Advance" store, and would not provide me with the name of this store, that said loan was taken from. He also could not provide a dollar amount that I borrowed. They have my work, cell, and home number, address of my home as well as were I work, ss #, DL#, and rounting and accounting number for my bank.
